Dr. Coker was drawn to the field of neurology due its innate influence on our every thought, action and day-to-day functioning along with the exceptional trajectory of growth exhibited by the field as our understanding of the nervous system continually evolves.
His versatile, technical skillset as a neurophysiologist – with extensive training in EMG and EEG – allows him to provide comprehensive care, synthesizing both the critical diagnostics and latest in treatment advances to ensure his patients are able to maintain their desired livelihood.
Dr. Coker earned his medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine in Kansas City, KS and completed his residency in neurology at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, IL. After residency, Dr. Coker remained at Rush University Medical Center where he completed a fellowship in clinical neurophysiology.
