About Jeremy Kirchoff

Jeremy Kirchoff, MD, is a family practice physician with College Park Family Care - Overland Park in Overland Park, KS. In addition to comprehensive primary care, Dr. Kirchoff also provides OB services and has experience with Natural Family Planning. He offers seven years of experience, and joins CPFCC from Hope Family Care Center, an inter-city medical clinic and ministry supported by College Park Family Care. While at Hope Family Care, Dr. Kirchoff provided comprehensive care for adult and pediatric patients, as well as OB and newborn care. As medical director, he managed medical staff and volunteered and enjoyed supervising medical and nurse practitioner students. He also led the development and implementation of quality and credentialing programs and managed grant compliance and relationships with partners. He is a member of the Christian Medical and Dental Association and the American Academy of Family Physicians.
