Erin Feitz, APRN, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with College Park Family Care Center’s Specialty Office in Overland Park, Kansas. Erin’s area of expertise is neurology, and she is affiliated with Overland Park Regional Medical Center. Erin offers more than 16 years of experience in caring for patients with a range of chronic and acute conditions and has worked in multiple care settings – Emergency Medicine, Family Practice, Cardiology and Anticoagulation therapy. Erin is committed to staying abreast of the latest clinical treatment and therapy guidelines. Her breadth of experience and knowledge have given her strong diagnostic and treatment skills. That, combined with her empathetic and compassionate manner, make her a valued and important member of the Specialty Clinic’s care team. Over the course of her career, Erin has been looked to for her leadership, serving as a preceptor to nurse practitioner students and new employees and as charge nurse. Erin holds special certifications in congestive heart failure management and anticoagulation management. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honor Society, the Internal Organization of Multiple Sclerosis Nurses, the American Academy of Neurology, the American Headache Society, and is a Certified MS Nurse.
